Great 2 in 1 product!

I work from home and spend several hours a day on the phone. I love this product. I've used it for a week now and the headset is very comfortable. The sound quality on both the phone and the headset are great. It doesn't interfere with any of our other wireless devices and isn't affected by them. I can walk around in the yard on the headset with no problem. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who spends more than an hour a day on the phone, or makes long continuous calls.

Great phone and wireless headset

The first one we bought had some issues so we returned it and bought another, and have had no problems since. We bought it for the wireless headset per my wife's medical needs. The hook that goes around the ear makes her ear a bit sore but I think she will get used to it. At this price I recommend the unit as a good product. Call clarity is great and the unit is easy to set up and use. The headset even has a replaceable battery. With our previous Plantronics unit (which quit after 2.5 years) we had to buy a new headset every year for about $75. Don't know if any of this information is helpful but I think enough of the product to say something positive about it.

RCA Cordless headset/handset

Product works as expected. I am able to see call waiting / caller id even when the handset is still docked and I am only using the headset. The ONLY thing I found less accommodating was the headset does not have ability to mute - you must use the mute on the handset.
