Nice!

I read the latest review and was convinced this would be a great product so I ordered one and got it fairly quickly. It was easy to set-up. I have to say tho, upon setting-up the phone, have to make sure, you have it on 'tone' and not on 'pulse'. I found that 'pulse' setting wouldn't work in the U.S. I needed a phone with specific features and this phone fits all the requirements for what I was looking for. The only downside, is the 'time-setting' I have to re-adjust it often. I don't know why it keeps changing times and a.m. and p.m. changes and the date too since the time is affected same goes the date. Other than that, the phone works really well and am happy with the purchase. It has features such as no ringer setting, and the lowest ringer setting is very loud, good for hearing impared. The speaker has several settings for loudness. I use the speaker often, it's a nice feature. You can also shut-off the answering machine with a touch of a button. When there's a message, the speaker light flashes-it is very bright green. I got this phone since the vtech cordless phone buttons stopped working and was settling for a corded phone, since this phone uses no batteries, but does use an adapter for the speaker-phone to operate and the caller-ID to work. I like how the phone displays the number of messages seperate from the number of calls.

Great phone

I purchased this phone for my parents and they love it. The features I like best are the large numbers for them to dial out and the large display for the caller ID. I also programmed in their most commonly used numbers. The only thing they would probably replace is the cord -- it's a little short.

Love this phone

I was looking for a phone with a modest price. This one is great. The numbers are large and the handset allows for volume control as I have a slight hearing problem. I can usually program any electronic device and this was no exception. Easy to use and works great.
