5High quality - very pleased

This is our 2nd polycom VOIP SIP phone. We are pleased with both different models that we own. There are only 2 complaints that I have which I do not allow to prevent our satisfaction on this brand: 1) No backlight on display and 2) Every time the power is removed from the phone you must reset the ring and headset volume. I also wish the display was larger and it was easier to navigate trough the menus.But overall it is a great product
