4Good base phone for WAH agents

Excellent phone to start your at-home agent business. The rubber-like buttons are clearly labeled and the mute button is large. Very stable and doesn't take up a lot of space. The sound quality was good, too. Not top-of-the-line, but there was no background hum and callers can hear me very clearly. (A good noise-canceling headset is essential.) Volume and tone controls were easy to find and use, and they will crank the volume.Three caveats:1) When the ringer is off: No tone inside the headset to indicate an incoming call; you must keep an eye on your "On/Off" button's light. (If it glows red, that's an incoming call.)2) To answer and disconnect calls, you must push the "On/Off" button.3) You cannot put a caller on hold, transfer them elsewhere or put them on speakerphone.For the price and features, this is an excellent starter hands-free phone. I would recommend this.
