Plantronics H51

This is standard equipment at my place of work. Anyone who spends any time on the phone uses them and they very reliable. I just bought an additional one with the M12 amplifier for home use. It functions perfectly with most home phones. Note: It uses an RJ11 jack, that's the square clear acrylic type jack, not the pin type jack found on walkman style headphones.This headphone can be used directly into a phone, or through an amp like the M12. The m12 has a mute, volume control and microphone volume as well. Additionally it has a passthrough function for your regular headset, so both options are still available when using tyour phone. This is NOT a wireless system.

Good light headset for the stationary phone

I have been using Plantronics headsets for over 30 years and find them far more sturdy and reliable then any other headset. They are light and easy to place and seldom cause problems in my work, freeing my hands to do other tasks as I speak. They last quite a long time. I only purchased this one because my puppy chewed the last one up. Else I would most likely still have it and I bought that one 10 years ago.
