Poor design

The connector that plugs into the wireless receiver was a straight version instead of L version. When plugged into the receiver the plug lifts the receiver base so it does not sit flush on the desk surface. Only option is to make a spacer with a hole to lift the receiver high enough to clear the connector plug.

Works like a charm

I work from my home office and receive calls equally on my cell and office phones. This has made the calls so much easier. Paired with my Savi headset, I can go back and forth from phones, answer calls with ease.
