Good headset, love the handset lifter

I bought this to replace an older CS70 headset that quit working. My older version did not have the handset lifter. I'm not sure how I lived without this added feature and love the ease of use. The version of headset I received upon order is not as pictured however. It's smaller, slimmer and solid black. I've had some trouble with a "fluttering" in the earpiece, especially if I am walking and any airflow hits the receiver. I'm still adjusting settings from time to time trying to figure out how to minimize this.In all, I'm not disappointed and the added functionality of the handset lifter makes this a great overall headset.

Love this Headset

This product arrived on time and as advertised. I've worn this model for over 3 years and won't ever work without a wireless headset again. Has helped to alleviate headaches and muscle soreness in my shoulders. Plantronics customer support is great. Can't recommend this product enough.
