Don't bother.

Terrible quality. People could only hear every 3 words I was saying during a conversation. The earpiece is cheap and does not fit well (no matter which size ear hook used). It laches on so tightly to the ear that it actually hurts after a few minutes. After an hour conference call, my ear was red and painful.

Great Affordable Headset

Our entire sales department uses the CS50 and has used this model since 2007. I think we have only had 1-2 quit working over that time. These are 900mhz models which are good and bad. Good, you get a nice amount of distance and it doesn't fight with other devices in the higher 2.4gig and up range. Bad, the sound quality isn't crystal clear, but with VoIP and SIP and cellular, somewhere in the chain the sound quality is sure to diminish.NOTE: These are discontinued... if you need more, buy them now. I bought a bunch.
