4Works just fine

I love the Blackwater 435. I like the extra flexibility this neckband allows. I wear my headset all day, so have the option to move and change positions makes a big difference. My ears don't get so tired since I can opt for the neckband.It is very light weight and flexible. It's a bit pricey, though. However, they have you in a bind since this is the only option that fits the headset.
