Intellivoice Single Line Speakerphone

This is a very good business telephone for an unbelievably low price. Has all the features I need including 12 one touch speed dials, a phone book that holds even more speed dials. The phone remembers if you have to dial other numbers before dialing the main number so you can look at a caller id and pick up the phone and it will dial the number after adding a 1 or 9, depending on your system. Call quality is excellent. The speakephone works well also. It has a headset button for those who need it. I don't use that feature. Entering phone numbers is quite intuitive, you don't need to reference the manual every time. I bought this for under $25 including shipping. This phone is worth many times that amount.

Excellent product

We use this phone at home to attend conference calls 6 hrs per day and the phone can beat quality of sound with expensive work place phone. Love the product.. Can't expect more.

Had to return it

The product was excellent, even though it was a used item. There was a problem so we asked about exchanging it for another without the issue and they said fine. Once we sent it back, we never received a replacement because they said they didn't have any more, so we never got to use it much. I would have taken the first one back but they wouldn't send it. The product is great, the company was definitely not, so watch what you are promised and who you're dealing with from the start.
