Poor quality, worse service

I recently purchased two Paramount phones from ANTonline. One of the phones quit working immediately after installation. When I contacted the company about their defective phone they told me I could not return it unless it was in it's original packaging. Because the phone worked when it was initially installed, the original packaging was discarded. The next day, the phone was dead. I can't believe that after spending $50 on a phone that arrives defective the company was completely unwilling to work with me on a return/exchange. I don't recommend this product or company to anyone- it's a waste of time and money. Shop with someone else.

Great Phone

I really like this phone. It looks great on my desk. It works really well. I can hear the other caller clearly and it has a nice ring tone that can be adjusted to a softer or louder ring. You can also adjust the volume for the person you are listening to on the phone (two options softer or louder).

Great Quality

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this phone. I expected the handset cord to be the typical corded vinyl/plastic type. It is braided cloth and has a nice feel to it. I love it and am very pleased with my purchase.
