Great cordless voip phone for small business.

3 simultaneous calls and up to 6 cordless handsets, perfect for small business or home office.This 550 model adds the corded base phone, whereas the 500 model just has a base antenna. The corded base phone is great if you have a "receptionist" or designated person to answer calls. They are able to use the 6 dedicated buttons to quickly transfer calls to any of the 6 cordless "extensions". Also works for Intercom calling to the handsets.Range and call quality is far better than previous generation cordless phones. Includes all the necessary features: Speakerphone, Transfer, Intercom, Message Waiting Indicator, etc.My only suggestions to Panasonic would be to allow more than 6 handsets. Not sure we'll ever need more than 3 or 4, but it would be "nice" to feel like the system could grow more if we needed it to. Also a dedicate transfer button on the cordless handsets would be handy. But once you get used to pushing the MENU button, it is really pretty easy to transfer calls to other handsets, especially since you can "name" them, which makes finding them from the menu very easy.Some reviews mentioned difficult setup. Our VoIP provider (voiSip) was able to do it remotely in about 2 minutes. Highly recommended versus trying to do it yourself!!!
