Great Phone

Needed one more extension for the third floor as the base was on the first floor. Read some reviews on the product and bought it. The sound is clear no buzz or static and the base is 2 flights away! Easy to sync with the base just hold locater button down for 4 seconds...done.Very happy with this purchase.

Panasonic KX-TGA641T phone system & additional handsets

I have always been a fan of Panasonic phones and have bought only that brand of phone for the past 10 yrs or so. However, I am extremely disappointed in this model. The features are much harder to use. For example, the call list requires going to the menu and following several steps just to see who called. To delete messages you must go through several more steps than previous models. But most importantly, the sound quality is terrible. I often use the speaker feature around my house to talk to friends. That was almost impossible with this phone. The sound was muffled and the volume could only be turned up to about half what I'm use to. I found that I held the phone up to my ear all the time trying to understand what someone was saying but that really didn't help much. After 3 weeks, I disconnected all 5 of these phones throughout my house and pulled out my old set. After replacing all of the batteries, it beats the old model by a mile. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!! Hopefully, Panasonic will correct these issues and go back to being a leader in the phone industry.

Horrible!

We actually purchased this set from Panasonic direct to replace the 2.4 set we had (which were wonderful). Worse choice ever! I can't even begin to count the number of calls we missed because the phones drop the base constantly. We contacted Panasonic support and did everything they said, step for step to no avail. Needless to say I will NEVER waste money on another Panasonic product again:(
