Good quality.

These phones work very well and although they don't have all the bells and whistles they are well made and should provide years of reliable service.

The sound cuts in and out just like our 5.8 Panasonic!!!
By Alanatscats
I had a really nice 2.4 Ghz phone that my wife hated. So, she bought me a new Uniden 5.8 Ghz with two handsets for Christmas. The phone was the first 5.8 out on the market and really didn't have the bells and whistles I would have liked. I also couldn't walk nearly as far from the base phone as I could with the 2.4 GHz phone. So, we purchased a 5.8 Ghz Panasonic with 2 handsets because it had the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, the listening volume on the Panasonic would just drop off and I couldn't hear anyone speak. then it would go back up for a few seconds, then very low again, even when I stood next to the base unit. I thought it was just a malfunction and that Panasonic was a good brand. Wrong!!! I purchased this 2.4 Ghz Panasonic with 4 handsets thinking it would work as well as my previous 2.4 Ghz phone. It does the exact same thing as the 5.8 Panasonic. First you can hear who you're talking to, then their voice goes very very low. Then, back up, then down. What a joke!!!
