TWAcomm.com helped me find the right solution to a problem

What could have been a frustrating experience turned me into an extremely satisfied customer. While this phone is an excellent fit for the right customer; it is a proprietary phone and needs to be used within a separate Panasonic phone system (only a piece to the puzzle). This was my bad (I will look to do better in the future about knowing what I'm buying). While there would be a restocking fee to return, I spoke with Eric Hanson - the Customer Service Manager (remember his name - a really good contact). He worked with me, where I will likely be buying more equipment from TWAcomm.com in the future (although there is no requirement to do so). They earned my business.
