GREAT PHONE With SUPER FEATURES!

Purchased 2 of these sets, one with 3 handsets and one with 4 handsets. My sister and I are both over 60 years old and the large display, ergonomic handling, sound clarity, and easy to follow display instructions are great! Initially became confused with registering the handsets ( the base and initial handset are registered at start-up). You need to place additional handsets on the base in order to register.Plan on using the phone systems for a long time! Makes phone discussions alot easier!

I just love this telephone ...

For the large sized buttons, ease of use, heft, tactile feel, ability to block unwanted callers, functionality, etc.First, neither the picture or the description depict the battery charger that is included with the handset. Of course, I assume a handset would include a charger, but one thing I have learned on Amazon is to carefully read what is included/not included, etc. so I was leery when there was no mention of the charging station. I ordered just one new unit, saw that it came with the charger unit, then ordered two Panasonic remanufactured units for 40% less cost. Interestingly, the new unit uses a different procedure for 'registering' the unit, than the remainufactured units. The new unit took me about 3 minutes total to register to my existing Panasonic phone system. Try as I might, I could not get the two reman units to register, so I went to Panasonic's website and connected via live chat with "Michael." He walked me through the process until we found the problem (NOT a Panasonic problem) and now I have all units registered. It's a pleasure to actually be able to reach helpful customer service people!

Great product

We had a Panasonic phone for 12 years but it was showing its age. Based on reviews we ordered a Vtech. This was a mistake because it had random volume problems. We returned the Vtech and ordered this Panasonic which has been great so far. Our friends say they can actually have a decent conversation with us now. We have a large home so we were disappointed that it could not be expanded to 8 handsets.
