Excellent Phone

If you use lot of speakerphone, this is the one you want to have. Clear and loud speaker on both base and handset. I especially like this one with dial pad and speaker on the base and it is easier to use than the handset. I had several cordless phone prior to this one and this is the best.

Dropped calls

The hand sets drop calls as the call is ringing. (This happens daily.) The hand sets often loose connection with the base unit. (A distance of 20 feet. I don't live in an apartment, so there is not interference from other phones.) I actually bought a second set thinking I had a lemon, but it did the same thing. I would recommend getting a different brand.

Great phone, keypad on base is really useful

Been using this phone for about 3 weeks now. My favorite features:- speakerphone on the handset- checking messages via the handset- handset uses AAA batteries (thus easier to replace than a battery pack)- base unit has a keypad (handy for making calls when handset is charging)- Energy Star certifiedThe only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that last week the handset was saying that I have a new voice mail, but in fact there were no new voice mails. I tried removing/reinserting the handset's batteries but that did not work. Only after I recharged the handset on the base did the problem disappear (hopefully never to return).
