Just what I was looking for!

I have a similar product at home that I bought years ago, but wasn't able to find it locally. After some searching, I found this, and it was exactly what I needed! Our new small office has Cat6 wiring to all offices, but no additional wiring for landline phones. Since we use WiFi for our computers, this was perfect for distributing our 4 phone lines. Our phone provider gave us an RJ45 connector with the 4 phone lines in it, and then we distribute them via RJ45 patch cables from this module to our office patch panel. At the phone end, I had to split out the 4 lines into 2 RJ11 plugs to mate with our 4-line phones (AT&T 1040/1070/1080), and it works perfectly, and it's a neat, clean installation. It has the added benefit of providing a few ports where the lines are swizzled, so that line 2, 3, or 4 is the primary line (useful for our conference room, which uses line 3, and our fax, which is on another line).
