Its a great phone, BUT

The phone is wonderful! Big buttons, large display, backlit, everything that is mentioned except it does not ship with a power supply. Without the power supply, you can not activate the display or use any of the items on the display and only use it as an ordinary phone with big numbers. Not exactly what I had in mind. I don't have a spare 6 volt adapter anywhere in the house and boy did I look. They want $10 for one from them and $10 for shipping and handling. So basically, they want 2/3rds the price of the phone in the first place to just get all the functionality that you should have gotten when you opened the box in the first place. Yes I feel ripped off and will be returning the phone to Amazon. What a waste. sighNope, Not returning the phone. Found a great deal for a 6 volt DC power supply on Amazon (of course.) Only 3.49 and no shipping because I am a prime member. Now I feel much much better. It still should have come in the box though!!!

I use to have a slim phone this one is much easer to set and pick up relly don't mind not having a power cord its a nice clear sounding phone when talking perfit for a bedroom

Nice big buttons

Was looking for a wall phone I could use without my glasses. Big buttons make it easy to use. Digital read-out is largest I could find. Red light blinks when phone is ringing so I can tell which phone line is ringing.
