1LOW VOLUME

The volume on this phone is very poor. the receiver has a bad echo. I ordered the more expensive one thinking it would be worry free but I was wrong. when you put the receiver to your ear it has a bad cracking sound that is so loud it makes your ears ring.

5Excellent Phones

These are excellent phones. We have had ours for many years with no problems. We also use the PBX Nitsuko system with no problems. However the voicemail system has gone thorugh 2 power supplies in 10 years. Not so thrilled with their voicemail systems.
