I bought this for my very elderly mom who is hard of hearing. She can understand the messages on the answering machine unlike her previous unit. The two phones allow her to keep one handy while one is on the charger.

A very good phone

I have a slight hearing problem, the clarity of the voice was just as much of the problem as the volume, this phone eliminated both of my problem. this is a multifunction phone with many features,some of which I'm sure I will never usethey are there if I need them.The equalizer function is incredible, this is the clarify function.The phone is easy to set-up( just read the instruction ) You don't have to do any thing to use this phone just plug it in let the batteries charge and you can make and receive calls.I had this phone for three weeks and more than please with it.By the way, the mod.# for this Titanium phone is KX-TG6591
