I've got this phone for my 81 years old mother. First time for many years she can hear me well and we can talk without screaming. She said that the phone very warm to touch and also she doesn't have to press Talk button when she pick up phone off the stand to answer phone call.

I purchased this phone about 2 years ago. the sound is loud enough. The problem is that when you push the button to answer it does not work. I have called the company and they have sent me a new phone however it is just as bad as the first one. i finally gave up after the third phone. so now i answer my calls on a different phone and then pickup the clarity while continuing my conversation on a different phone. after about 3-4 minutes the clarity will activate and i will then switch to it as it is louder.
