Oral Caller Identification

I should have read the description more closely. These phones don't announce the caller identification. That is the phones don't say the name of the caller out loud. It more my fault than Amazon's because I didn't read the description as completely as I should have. But those who are considering purchasing please know this. Otherwise the phones work fine. The renowned Motorola quality is there but I've experienced over the years that most cordless phones last only a couple of years (3 at most) regardless of the brand. Is this built in obsolescence?

I bought these for my mom to replace her old, unmatched phones. Programing was fairly straight ahead. They look and function wonderfully with many perks.

Bad quality

Be careful, motorola has always made a great quality products but this series of phone are exception, i bought more than 4 different combinatinations set and have had problems with manufacture fabric with 2, i had to return to seller for and exchange
