Reasonable, but I wish...

They work well as phones, but it's kind of annoying that they don't share the phone directory and custom ring tones that you've set on the base station.

Sounds good, but not exactly same as original...

This was an addition to our base unit phone that came with 2 other handsets. We wanted a phone extension in 3 different rooms. Well setting up the original two that came w/ the base unit was easy, everything sync'd up. But this extra handset had some problems... after finally synching, we found the time/date do not sync up w/ the base unit like the other two handsets that came w/ the base unit, and also the caller ID does not work on it! Everything else works fine though. Since we need the extra handset, we are just going to keep it. But it's a shame that Motorola couldn't get their act together on these handsets... disappointing. On a positive note, the sound is crystal clear, and callers tell me it is crisper than our previous Panas*nic phone.

can't figure it out

can anyone help - we cannot figure out how to sync this phone with our original set. it's driving me crazy! We broke one of our original phones and cannot figure out how to make these compatible. If is will sync, I'd give them 4 stars, totally fine cordless phone.
