Good Quality; Nice change

I bought this phone to replace an older one that would keep shutting down without warning in the middle of a conversation. It gave me a message like "searching". "line in use", etc. After several months I decided to try the Motorola set. So far, I have been pleased with the reception, no calls being ended, and I love the music option instead of the ringtone. Now when the phone rings it is not annoying but I want to hear the music a little longer and don't answer right away. LOLI am still learning all the features....I can listen to messages but have to go reread the directions about removing old messages. I am pleased with this purchase.

Very difficult to use

I bought this to replace my old Motorola phone which was easy and logical to use. This thing is very difficult to figure out and logic cannot be applied. The instructions cause even more confusion. This product is a great source for aggravation.

They'll do in a pinch

Difficult to set up. The directions were not written by someone with a firm grasp on English. You cannot record your own out going message. Once you figure out how to use this phone effectively, you might want to buy a different one.
