4Hold Tone is TERRIBLE

This phone is very clear and the wire-like microphone can be adjusted to any angle and placed at any distance from your mouth.The manual with this phone is very blunt and cheap. It points out buttons but fails to explain their function. No support. Eh....For what it's worth it's a good phone-headset combo. Unfortunately, when you press hold to mute a call, this really bad 8-bit tone plays (Beethoven or something) which is highly annoying. Even more so, you are able to hear the tone in the headset along with the customer overlapping. It unwillingly eliminates the need to mute/hold a call to concentrate.Still, it's a clear handsfree unit with Caller ID (No Call Waiting ID), ON button, Redial, Flash, 3 button memory, time date display with call ID history, audible and visual ringers, and an in-use light with a headset hanger. Can't complain.

5a great purchace

i work as an independent agent online, taking inbound calls. my job requires that i b able to talk and type. this phone works great. it even has an internal ringer setting so that i i don't disturb sleeping household members while working. voice quality is good as well.

5LOVE IT!!!

I had to order a headset for a new home-based business. I had been going back and forth with a Plantronics headset, but I liked that this headset had more features and it was cheaper! Despite that there were only 4 reviews, I ordered it and had to have it shipped next day delivery. I absolutely love this headset. It's clear, there's no static and I like the fact that the ringer can be routed thru the headphones. Even with the next day delivery, it was still cheaper than the Plantronics! I do wish it had a mute button, but I just use the hold button...
