Sound Quality

The sound quality was terrific and my favorite was the recording feature. There was not a requirement that the phone had to be on a call to record. When the call ends, the recorder continues to record.

It would be nice if this item worked ALL the time

I would LOVE this phone only if it worked 100% of the time. Sometimes I can't get the USB to work, or sometimes there is no dial tone. In order to fix that problem, I would have to take out the battery and replug it back in a few times before it works. It's very unreliable and not that easy to use. But when it does work, it's AWESOME. Thanks!
