A good headset

My main decision factor in purchasing this headset was its integration with Microsoft Lync. It is used exclusively in a corporate environment that has both Exchange 2010 and Lync 2013 applications. For this purpose, it works very well.Pros:- Plug-n-play setup. No drivers required on Windows 7 x64.- Convenient mute, vol +/- and on/off-hook buttons on the cord.- The cord is around 7 feet in length.- Boom mic is flexible.- Light-weight and comfortable to wear.Cons:- The piece that fits into your ear is too flexible and sometimes needs to be gently pushed back in after moving your head around a bit.- The shirt clip does not have a tight connection on the cord and easily moves up and down on the cord.- The cord itself is kind of stiff and I am still trying to work out all of the bends from it being packaged up. A thinner more flexible cord would have been much better.

best headset I've ever used

After having many different headsets over the last few years, this is an excellent headset for Windows7, totally comfortable after wearing it for hours, good sound with calls and mp3 playback, feels solid - not cheap, works perfectly with MS-Lync, cord long enough for use at a desk with plenty of slack to stand up. Callers on the other end say voice quality is clear and free of background noise, mic is flexible, doesn't feel fragile or over-sized.Love this headset so much I bought a second one for home.

I like the in the ear configuration

It works great with MS lynx and the Ericsson BCS soft phone, now if we can only get the ShoreTel softphone deployed I will be very happy.
