Big button Amplified telephone

This Big button telephone is rated at 60db and it is built with DSP technology. It also has the off the hook notification to alert the customers the telephone or an extension is not on the cradle to avoid the miss call. This telephone is also comes in pre-assembled so the user only has to plug in the telephone cord and the power adapter. The button is big and clear for the elders and the sound quality is great. This is the only phone with high definition sound and it does sound better than other competitive phones on the market today.

Poor Customer Service/Battery Problems

My phone batteries need to be replaced every 7-10 days. After 7-10 days the low batery light comes on and you lose amphilication; then if the batteries are not changed you will lose phone operations altogether. Manufacturer said is was a bad adaptor/converter which I replaced at a cost to me of $15 plus shippping and handling. It did not help at all. When I called back I was told to send a check for shipping and handling ($10.95) and they would ship me a new phone. Then when I contacted them they could not give me any information. When I called several times thereafter, I got a recoring and no return call. I have had the phone for 6-months and the problems have been since I first received the phone. The batteries are not a backup; they are essential to the phone operations.
