This headset was shipped to me very quickly from when I ordered it but does not work half the time. Very poorly constructed. The headset itself is comfortable however it has a connection that is loose on the cord so it constantly cuts in and out any time you move the cord. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would have sent it back however I am located in Afghanistan so not really an option for me....will just chalk it up as a loss.

Ordered the wrong item. This will not work with a Cisco 7041G phone even though it plugs into the RJ11 jack.
