Great product

Fairly easy to install. We ordered 3 for each receptionist in our office and between the three of us, we figured it out and were all set up in about an hour. The headset is a little hard to connect to the charger, but not to the point that I wouldn't recommend it. We use the headband to wear ours, I don't see how anyone could use the ear attachment. It is very bulky and to me, you'd have to have a huge ear to hold it on. I wish it had the newer kind that went behind your head, but this works just fine. Overall, it was easy to setup and works great. No problems so far.

Was hesitant but now I am sure!

Pros: The headband is very comfortable and the earpiece for it is like a pillow for your ear, I often times forget that I am even wearing it and I walk to my car at the end of the day with it on! The setup up is VERY easy, only took about 5 minutes (this was one thing I was worried about because of other reviews), great sound quality and range, I was out at our mailbox at the office and was able to hear the customer and they could hear me with no problem!Cons: The earpiece for the over the ear option is a little loose and doesn't stay on well (and I have big ears, so I was shocked at this!), the adhesive strips for the handset lifter loose their stickiness FAST (like 10 minutes fast) so I just adhered it with velcro strips which actually worked better than the adhesive strips since we move the headset around for different users(we are on a trial run for headsets, hopefully order more of these shortly!)All in all I love this headset and would choose the comfort of the Jabra over Plantronics ANYDAY!
