horrible business person with horrible products

Received item in a Nokia box and on top of that the actual box of thePhone was inflated as if they forced the phones in. Then after charging I attempted to use it and one of the handsets didn't workAt all,on top of that the one that did work screen has issues the textIs broken up so u can hardly see it. Tried to get it replaced but the sellerInsisted I pay for the shipping once again.,,which I found not worth it.

Minor disappointment

I have owned 2 GE cordless phones for years. Love them. So when mine had begun to suffer wear and tear and needed replacing, I bought these.The minor disappointment I encountered was not the dead battery that was included. (There are 2 batteries included in the set). Rather, it was the fact that the display doesn't light up the way my old GE phones did. I am visually impaired and require contrast to be able to see. The displays on these phones are black on gray. I have to use a magnifier to be able to see them.All in all though, I am happy with my purchase. I'll learn to deal with the inconvenience of the display since the phones are great otherwise. For what they offer (dead battery excluded), the price is good too.I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't require visual assistance.
