This phone needs shock absorbers

I have purchased 2 of these phones, unfortunately, as it is one of the only ones with quick-dial large buttons AND a key pad. However, if it is dropped, it easily comes apart or components inside literally break off. Clearly this phone is designed for those with special needs, elderly, etc. The manufacturer should consider this fact and know that end users of this product likely don't have the reflexes and nimbleness of a spider monkey. So, the phone is going to get dropped. A lot. And probably by individuals in care facilities which all have hard floors, not soft carpet. If this phone could take some abuse, it would be a great product. It is too expensive to break so easily.
