Great customer service

Very quick to get the headset to me. When the mic didn't work I emailed them before sending it back and it was discovered a wrong cord was shipped to me. So, they were very quick on getting me a new cord out. Works great only wish there was volume control, but don't know if that is the headsets fault or that the phones at work don't have a way to adjust the volume. Overall, very satisfied.

Great sound and voice quailty

This is exactly what I was looking for.The sound quality and the voice quality is outstanding. It is comfortable to wear and does a good job of blocking background noise.I would buy another one.

better than expected

When I read past reviews, the biggest concern was the volume would be too low. I have a slight hearing problem but found I have the volume turned almost all the way down on my phone. It has plenty of volume and crystal clear to listen to.
