I purchased this phone for my mother who is severely hearing impaired and has some dementia. I tried other hearing aid compatible phones for her, but they just did not work, or they were too complicated for her to use. This phone fulfills both the need to be able to communicate on a phone and simplicity of use for one with minor dementia. The handset is ergonomic and "feels" great when you hold it. The push buttons are large and easy to see and use. Mom uses the speaker phone function and now she can hear everyone in her family when they call her. It is so wonderful to be able to carry on a conversation with her now. Thanks for a great product!
