Great replacement headset for a mediocre phone

I use my phone several hours a day and it's extremely important to me, so when my headset started crackling because of a weakened plug, I bought a replacement. Not cheap, but one of the best telephone headsets I've ever used. Really clear audio and comfortable enough for an all-day call.

Great Headset

The cord gets fractured ar the top of the main unit and needs to be replaced. I am very happy to be able to replace this part and no the whole unit ! Thanks Amazon for an economic replacement of the original brand.

Good ... works for me.

I have only had to replace mine after 2 years of daily use. Is lightweight. My one ear gets tired, so I will rotate it from ear to ear. Cord is a bit long, but I learned to manage it, otherwise cord will get caught on things and that is not good when you are in a call.
