The only thing worse than the phones is the "customer support" you receive when contacting the company. The phones simply do not work. The defense the company uses is to attempt to make an elderly person feel stupid. Do NOT buy. Total waste of money

This one works for my Mom

My Mom was able to try different amplified phones at a local nonprofit hearing center, which turned out to be far more important than I would have ever guessed. One of the phones she tried didn't work for her at all. The sound was amplified but she couldn't make out what was being said. When she tried this brand, she could hear AND understand clearly. It was amazing, and demonstrated to me how different people have different needs.We're replacing her existing phones with these so she can stay in touch with her family and friends.
