very good and worth the price.

This phone is very loud turned up but turned down is very 'normal'. It is easy to make calls on and rings lound and clear.I gave a 4 not a 5 because it is a bit confusing to program and some of the features are hard to use but overall, I would buy it again.

Lots of features for visual and hearing impaired

This phone has a lot of options for hearing and vision impaired people. I purchased it for someone elderly who is not computer savvy, so I did all the setup on it because it is extensive and may be confusing for people not good with electronics. It is easy to use once set up, with large displays and buttons, and a lot of volume options. The speakerphone is not as good as I would have liked; when the volume is turned up really high, there is a lot of background hissing. I also would prefer if the base would blink when there are messages on the machine. (It has an option to beep once a minute, but I find this annoying.) The phone has only been in use a couple of weeks, but so far my opinion overall is positive.

I have had the ClearSounds system before. The base unit of my system quit working so I ordered a new one. I curre tly have 2 additional handsets. I am very pleased with the system
