This is a good product. If you are looking for a low cost cordless system with good features, this is it. I use a VOIP system, and this phone system works well with it. The only drawback I've found, is when I make a call and return it to its charging holder, it charges for a long time even if the call was only a couple of minutes. This may be normal; I haven't read that for into the directions. That being said, I still recommend this product if a basic low cost phone system you are looking for. For the money, I think you would be pleased.

the phone set is awesome for the price i paid. i hunted everywhere and could not find a decent deal i could afford for 4 or five phones till i cam across this one. im truly grateful that someone realized we are not all well to do. thank you to the people who sold a product reasonable enough for a single mom to afford! three cheers yea yea yea! debby

Was not new, the item was used!!

Midas Corp stated the unit was new and when it arrived the phone still had some one else phonebook numbers in it. Then Midas Corp sent me an email with a promise of a $20 credit if I deleted my negative commit. Still waiting for the $20. Will not deal with them again!!!
