Excellent, especially in the areas of comfort and sound quality.

A few years ago a Bose spokeswoman said that they would not enter the market for wirelessly connected audio products until they could do it without compromising sound quality. That promise resulted in them coming to the wireless game a lot later than other companies, but now that they are here, they are keeping that promise for quality sound.Sound quality - The sound quality on this is really awesome. It sounds good on telephone calls, which are kind of limited by the carriers, and sounds truly awesome for audio that is stored on your phone.Microphone quality - People on the other end of my calls report that they can hear me well. This is especially noticeable in windy or noisy areas where my old headset used to cause problems. The noise cancelling microphone isn't perfect, but it is the best I've ever tried.Ease of connection - I had no problem at all pairing this with my Motorola Triumph Android phone. It paired easily the first time and connects consistently.Weight / Comfort - This earpiece is light weight, but that isn't what makes it special. The in-ear system is much better than the over-the-ear design that everyone else uses. It is remarkably more comfortable and keeps the earpiece perfectly in place. My only complaint is that they only include tips for the right ear. As much as this headset costs, it is very annoying that I am limited to just using my right ear. They probably figure that it is so comfortable, that no one would need to give their right ear a break. What that doesn't take into account, is that my ear needs a break from the conference calls droning on, not the earpiece itself.Active volume - The active volume feature works well. I could do without this particular feature. It isn't that it bothers me, but rather doesn't provide any benefit. I can turn the volume up or down myself, as needed, and don't really need my headset thinking for me in this way. There might be a way to turn this feature off, but I haven't found it yet.Battery Life - The battery life on this earpiece is fine. I get about the advertised 4+ hours of talk time.Over-all, I highly recommend this earpiece, primarily for its comfortable design. Hopefully Bose will start to include left ear tips, but even with just the right it is great.

Fantastic Bluetooth

I have tried 5 different Bluetooth's this is the last one I buy. It's comfortable in my ear, the other ones hurt, they were too hard. this one fits just right. I can hear very well without friction, also no noise on the other end. My husband is hard of hearing and he hears me just fine. I would recommend this Bluetooth.Thumps up all the way.

Works great, like a Bose,

Long battery life, great sound, easy to use and place in your ear, I have used probably 20 different ones until now, another thing is that it can be programmed for 2 phones that way you can answer either one on the same headset. Really worth the price.
