Okay for short callls

If you are on the phone throughout the day this is not a good product for you. The earpads are uncomfortable and push down hard on your ears. The mic picks up ALL background noise. The mute and on/off slider stopped working after a couple months of use.Usually Plantronics are pretty good, maybe this is the cheap model.Forgot to mention that the sound is very good with this product but if the little control breaks then you could have some problems.

Pretty satisfied..

I use this on my laptop with Avaya IP Softphone.The sound quality is good with clarity. The mic can be located very close to the mouth so it picks up my voice clearly. There's a build in mute and volume control. The headset is pretty uncomfortable for full day usage. My ear hurts as the sponge earpad pushes down hard, so I do adjust and remove it frequently to relieve the pressure. Otherwise, it works without complications. I listen to soft music too during work, so this stereo headset is perfect for me to pick up calls and attend conference calls.
