Great system, works as it should

I set up and maintain our Bizfon system in our small office. We have 4 incoming lines and we use all 8 extensions, plus the additional "announcement" menu options. It works as advertised and you don't have to be an IT/Telephone professional to install and program - just be willing to read through the manual and take the time to set it up and program it. The wiring is obvious.Probably one of the most significant features of this system, is that you can use it with ordinary, cheap, analog telephones (the kind you would buy at OfficeMax for $8), including cordless phones. And you still have access to all the programming/voicemail/etc. functions of the system. It's true that using the actual Bizfon phones is more convenient (one-touch buttons for some of these programming functions) and if I were using it all day every day, then I would want one; otherwise, the standard, cheap analog phones, including cordless phones, work fine. The system has its own voicemail for each extension, but an individual extension can have its own, private answering machine, if you wanted.Remote programming and retrieval of voicemail works as it should.The first system we got was about 10 years ago and it worked fine for about 5 years, then one day it just died (no warranty). We purchased another new system about 5 years ago and that is still working fine. I would definitely stay with Bizfon and use it if setting up a new office. Never really needed Bizfon support, so I don't know if it's good or not.There are a few odd limitations, one of them is that outgoing announcement menu options are limited to 30 seconds of announcement time, which is tight but manageable.
