It has a 5 x 29 display with 12 label-less call appearances (in two screens); two-way speakerphone, 14 fixed feature keys, four softkeys, 12 shifted feature buttons, large message waiting indicator, headset jack, local language customization, eight Personalized Ring Patterns and is either desk or wall mountable.

Good basic office muti-line/speaker phone

We use these in our office as the basic phone line for each staff member. It handles multiple lines well, displays internal extensions and outside caller's phone numbers and has a speaker phone with decent volume.Randomly the volume control seems to reset to a high volume (I keep mine on low normally), but other than that it functions well.It does not have a port for a headset and does not have a directory lookup feature for internal extensions -- I find absence of both those features lacking.All in all, a good basic office phone -- just be aware of the above in case you rely on headsets or have a large office where directories are very important.

Phone is working now as expected...

When the phone 1st arrived, it did not work. I did troubleshooting and found the problem to be the receiver not working at all. I contacted the Merchant who sold it to me through Amazon and they made it right by sending me a replacement receiver. Now it is working fine!

I initially had a problem with the vendor's return policy, but they took the initiative to call me and worked out the issue deligently. I appreciate that, because they took ownership of their brand. I will recommend them again to anyone.
