Not bad. Could be better.

I bought this dial pad in conjunction with the AT&T TL7610 headset. I am on conference calls for ~6 hours a day so a quality unit was a must.Pro's- Small size makes it easy to throw in your pocket.- Long lasting battery- DECT 6.0 gives a very long distance, static free signalCon's- No Call Waiting/Caller ID (I cannot determine if I need to hit Flash to switch to an important incoming call)- No ability to store frequently called numbers.- The keypad is very flimsy. Non tactile feedback.- No mute button. You have to go searching for the one in your headset. (which of course is in your ear)- No ability to register multiple headsets to the dial pad without de-registering and re-registering a second headset.

It's a simple device that works very well. It stores 4 or 5 previously dialed numbers, which comes in handy. More would not be useful because you can't assign names, without alpha characters on the keypad, so too many numbers would be hard to remember. I like how when you click the dial button on the remote dial pad, it automatically turns on the headset to place the call. Doesn't have a lighted dial, so you will need external light to see the screen. The buttons are tactile and work very well, but they are the membrane type. Just over 1/8 inch thick. Very sleek. Extremely handy to use with the cordless AT&T headset phones. The keypad lights on one side when you set it in the charging cradle. Uses a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery. A very well designed product that does what you expect. Good value for the price.

Worth the money

I use this product everyday/all day here at my office and it has really held up. If it was to break, I would purchase a new one. My only gripe is that it does not have caller ID. Enjoy :0)
