I couldn't believe

Being a senior-senior, I continue to be amazed at the advancements being made in electronics. In the past, my wife and I have used other cordless telephones in our home, but the AT&T #52300 phones have them all beat by far. Even for someone pushing ninety (90) I found it easy to navigate through the various buttons, menus, etc., to program memory into the phones. I entered the names and numbers of our family/friends into one of the hand sets, and lo and behold, without any further effort on my part, all the other handsets were identically programmed. Amazing might not be adequate...MIRACULOUS would be better.

Good phone, ugly wall mount, no brackets to hide cords

I purchased this phone set through Amazon. As always, Amazon was great with free shipping and super fast delivery.I decided to buy the phone after reading the good reviews. Here are some additional comments.I've only had this phone for a few days. Easy to install and nice voice and answering machine features.My reason for the three stars: I intended to use the phone with the main base to replace an older wall mount phone in the kitchen (great option to save kitchen counter space). First of all, the cords of this phone are very long. There are no brackets to hide the cords on the back of the phone. The wall mount of this phone is ugly and cheap looking to say the least. Like the phone base, the wall mount doesn't have any brackets to hide the hanging cords on the back of the phone. I had no other choice than placing the phone on the kitchen counter. By the way, the phone only comes with a quick start guide (enough information if you just want to have the phone working). But if you want more detailed installation and operation instructions about this phone, you will have to go on line to look for the user's manual on the AT&T website. Be patient to view the manual, it takes a while for the document to open even with a brand new computer and high speed internet.
