One Year Later Update: pass on these phones. Zero stars. Great while it worked.I started with two phones--then bought two more--making four. The phones worked great for a short while. Then I had to buy two replacements. Then two more broke. I bought two more replacements. Now NONE(of the eight) are working; neither does the base--headed for the garbage after I finish this update. While the phones work they are fabulous; however they are quite shabby 'under the lovely housing.' I will not buy these phones again. I really gave them a fair trial. They failed, repeatedly. After only one year: Zero Stars--crazy, huh--crazy me for continuing to reorder them. :(ORIGINAL REVIEW:Super Reception; Super Fast Delivery; Super Features1. I ordered one day and it arrived the NEXT day!2. Phone is ATTRACTIVE, HIGH QUALITY and COMFORTAABLE to use.3. I can walk a block from my house and still have RECEPTION.4. The small RECHARGER can be wall mounted or sit on the counter.5. The BUTTONS are lighted, easy to push and have a nice feel.6. The SPEAKER feature is GREAT; and the MUTE button is very handy.

Way to expensive!

I loved the original phone, which cost me several hundred dollars. But, replacing the handset is overly pricey. Then, even the replacement handset only lasted a few months. Because the replacement handset runs around $55 each (refurbished ones for a few bucks cheaper), we went and purchased a whole new phone system for a few bucks more.

Best landline

Have two of these in my home, along with several other similar ones made by AT&T. Great reception. Dislike talking on cell phones, so these come in handy since I operate my business via the telephone. Highly recommend them if they are still available.
