Great phone for larger homes. Unsurpassed reception on additional phones too.Easy to set up and user friendly. Has all the features we need and doesn't complicate you with features most would never use. If you are looking for a cordless product that combines basic everyday features and clear high quality reception buy this phone !Note that if you have DSL through your phone line you'll need to purchase a DSL filter as well.

I LOVE this phone!

I, too, bought it at COSTCO. I think it was over a year ago. I have the main one in the kitchen, another in the living room and a third in my office. I use it heavily for the Speaker phone, on conference calls and when I lead telecourse calls. I appreciate have a mute button in the handset. I love how light it is AND that I can stick it in my pocket when I'm listening to calls and tuck it in a strap or shirt pocket when I am participating in calls. You can see me outside listening to a call on my FlickR Account - [...]. I even went through my home with a Feng Shui consultant and recorded our conversation while having the phone set on speaker.BTW. This is my first Amazon review. I was looking for the phone for a friend and couldn't resist adding my two cents.

Price for the headsets are good. Be nice to maybe have one more in the kit, but still is fine.Battery life is awesome. You can have these off the handset on stand-by for at least 5 days before the battery runs out. Charges quickly too. Even if used fairly excessively they hold their own. Battery type at least looks good to find and order online as a replacement without too much difficulty.Good features. As mentioned, the software/usability is a bit clunky, but one can catch on if they know what's up.Speaker is LOUD. Both listening and talking at a distance can be heard OK. Has like the others, intercoms to call each other's handset, do conferencing, transfers, etc...even listen to voice mails.So far so good...had this for about 8-9 months.
