What you see is NOT what you get

I wanted to expand my existing AT&T phone system so I purchased this product based on the picture AND the description! When it arrived, only the phone themselves were included and NOT the bases as displayed. I called the vendor who was as surprised as I was. They looked through their manufacturer handbook for just bases and, as it turns out, this product's expansion system ONLY allows you to purchase additional handets and NOT additional bases. Really AT&T? Really?? The vendor pleasantly returned the phones but I was stuck having to purchase a whole new phone system for the house that included more than one cordless handset and base. I went with a nice Uniden system this time.

Only one thing missing...

My 8 year old Uniden phones were finally starting to quit, so I decided to go with the AT&T units as I figured they would work seamlessly with my U-Verse phone/T.V./Internet.Phones are loud and clear....the only thing missing is that there is no feature on the phone to actually "name" each unit....simply the pre-assigned number when it is linked to the base (Handset 1, Handset 2, etc.).Not a big deal, but now I can't yell at my wife when I find the phone from her side of the bed two stories away in the lower level....great product with nice big buttons and crystal clear reception.

Performs as described

The 3 - Pack actually arrived as 3 separate boxes. The phones after a 16 hour charge easily linked to the master base unit. Speed dial numbers and redial is shared with all the phones, unlike my last system. Very pleased.
