5An all-around good IP phone

I'm using about 20 of these phones in an Asterisk based PBX system. Out of 20 of these units, the only hardware problem I've ever had was the LCD back-light burning out after about 3 years. The LCD still functions normally although if you were making phone calls in the dark it may be hard to read.

Came in timely manner, and works well. IP phone is good because it is usually cheaper solution to big companies offer. This one is just fine.
